Senior Financial Consultant - Workday Success Plans - Spend Management

As a Workday Success Plans Consultant, you help customers maximize value from Workday post-go-live through targeted micro consulting, demonstrations, and guidance. You act as a trusted Workday advisor, solving configuration challenges and accelerating feature adoption. You partner with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored usage strategies and enable customers to achieve business goals. This role focuses on driving adoption and knowledge transfer within a collaborative, customer-centric environment.

• Research customer questions to ensure understanding of Workday concepts
• Deliver small-scope consulting with configuration guidance, demonstrations, and tips
• Troubleshoot product configurations to meet business requirements
• Communicate responses and value clearly to customers
• Create and deliver customer presentations on Workday features (Accelerator Webinars)
• Provide one-on-one guidance to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator)
• Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews)
• Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification(s) and stay updated on the roadmap
• Engage with industry practices and discuss topics with customers
• Contribute to developing new programs to boost feature adoption
• Support other Customer Enablement services, such as Office Hours and deployment of Workday features

• 3 years IT implementation experience (p3) or 5 years (p4)
• 3-5+ years software consulting and deployment experience (e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)
• 1+ year Workday Consulting experience or Workday SME in Spend, Inventory, WSS, Evisort CLM, Cash Management, or Expenses
