Overview As LRHW Program Quality Engineer Sr, you will lead quality and mission assurance efforts for hypersonic programs. You'll set quality requirements, drive process improvements, and partner with engineering and supply chain to reduce variation and protect schedule. Your work will focus on root cause analysis, data-driven metrics, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure mission success. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role within the Space organization that shapes critical defense capabilities. You will help sustain excellence in a high-stakes program and contribute to a mission-driven culture.

Responsibilities- Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions
- Analyze quality metrics and identify actionable trends
- Develop core mission assurance requirements and guide engineering to meet them
- Shape and lead process improvement strategy for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Engineering to review, edit, and approve drawings
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Quality to strengthen supplier performance
- Travel up to 25%
Key requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline
- Ability to interpret drawings, work instructions, or specifications
- Experience managing projects or leading process improvement
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience leading or performing Root Cause Analysis
- Ability to obtain a Security clearance
