Contracts Attorney

In this temporary Contracts Attorney role, you guide critical commercial agreements from review to approval, balancing legal risk with business needs. You will partner with business, contracting, and legal teams to maintain momentum and protect the organization. You'll work on indemnification, liability, IP, confidentiality, and related terms, delivering practical language and interpretations. This position offers immediate impact through an established contracting process in a healthcare setting.

• Review, draft, and redline commercial agreements
• Assess contractual language, legal exposure, and business risk
• Develop practical alternative language for problematic provisions
• Advise on indemnification, liability, IP, confidentiality, privacy, warranties, termination, and related terms
• Provide legal approval and contract interpretation

• JD required
• Active U.S. law license in good standing
• Deep commercial contracting and negotiation expertise
• Strong independent risk assessment and practical legal judgment
• In-house or regulated-industry experience preferred
