Overview

As Branch Service Manager, you will oversee day-to-day service operations and lead the local service team to meet customer needs and financial targets. You will drive performance through service processes and applications while fostering sustainable, profitable growth across service lines. You'll work with cross-functional partners to forecast, analyze, and improve service delivery. This role offers a collaborative, safety-conscious culture with opportunities to shape how we serve customers at the branch level.

Responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day local service operations and ensure processes are followed
  • Partner with dispatch managers and customer service to support forecasting and financial performance
  • Directly supervise service business support team (account management, asset management, invoicing, file maintenance, service order posting)
  • Coach branches on best practices and service applications to improve performance and customer experience
  • Serve as subject matter expert for service processes and applications across the local service org
  • Ensure training, communication, and measurement of processes and tools
  • Support delivery standards aligned with BSNA objectives for sustainable, profitable growth
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction, service plans, and account management activities as needed
Key requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years in service operations and/or dispatch/scheduling
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tact and persistence
  • Ability to prioritize based on financial impact
  • Written and verbal communication competence
  • Experience in basic project accounting or costing principles
  • Ability to positively represent Johnson Controls and influence diverse teams
