Overview In this GS-12 level role, you will lead construction management for small repair and alteration projects within a federal field office setting. You'll oversee planning, scope development, cost estimates, and coordination among trade contractors to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. You will work closely with a federal client and ProSidian teams to drive project objectives from initiation through closeout. The role offers hands-on leadership in a government-focused environment with opportunities to influence project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities- Manage small construction projects up to $150k from initiation to closeout
- Develop Scopes of Work, specifications, and plans for projects
- Coordinate multiple contractors and professional services
- Plan, lead, and communicate with stakeholders to achieve consensus
- Maintain progress reporting, risk and issue management, and client relationship management
- Ensure compliance with government processes and authorized project budgets
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource management
- Provide clear, concise communications and escalation as needed
Key requirements- Minimum 3 yrs of construction-related PM experience
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and office space construction
- Comparable Federal Grade Level: GS-12
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in project scheduling and estimating
- Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work in a federal government environment and coordinate with contractors
