Overview In this role you will assess, structure and underwrite reps & warranties policies for cross-border M&A deals, with a primary focus on the LatAm market. You will work closely with brokers, advisors and deal teams to enable high-value international transactions. The role is positioned to expand the firm's transactional risk offering in LatAm and leverage your legal and deal-structuring expertise. You will operate in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and contribute to strategic growth in transactional risk. This is a chance to shape risk solutions that support complex international M&A activity and regional expansion.
Responsibilities- Assess, structure and underwrite reps & warranties policies for cross-border M&A transactions focused on LatAm
- Collaborate with brokers, advisors and deal teams to enable deal execution
- Evaluate transaction risks and tailor insurance solutions to support closings
- Support the growth of transactional risk offerings in LatAm
- Respond to client/broker inquiries with timely underwriting decisions
Key requirements- Spanish language fluency (native/fluent)
