Overview In this role, you deliver proactive, personalized financial planning and integrated solutions to Fidelity Advisory Services clients. Working in a tech-enabled, team-based model, you guide clients through retirement, investments, and holistic portfolio strategies using Fidelity's planning tools. You'll onboard new clients, support those with complex goals, and manage routine portfolios, aiming for high-quality, scalable guidance. Responsibilities- Provide proactive, personalized financial planning and integrated solutions for FAS clients
- Guide clients across retirement, investments, and holistic portfolio strategy
- Onboard recently enrolled clients and serve those with complex or routine planning needs
- Act as Advisory Services' voice to the customer and support end-to-end planning
- Utilize Fidelity's planning tools and WPO to deliver recommendations
- Deliver end-to-end planning from discovery through implementation and progress
Key requirements- FINRA Series 7
- FINRA Series 63 and 65 or Series 66
- Insurance license within 90 days of hire
- CFP preferred
- Minimum of 5 years in financial services; managed solutions experience preferred
- Planning and advice mindset with knowledge of Fidelity offerings
- Ability to deliver high-quality client experience through FRM mastery
- Proven practice management and ability to drive scalable results
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfort with digital advice tools and virtual engagements (Zoom)
