Principal PM-T, Customer Success Intelligence Team , AWS Specialist and Partner Organization

In this role you own the end-to-end lifecycle of CS Intelligence tooling that drives measurable customer value after deployment. You translate field needs into platform capabilities and design scalable ML-driven architectures. You'll collaborate across service and field teams to deliver integrated experiences, lead multi-region launches, and measure outcomes to inform product decisions. • Own end-to-end product lifecycle for CS Intelligence tooling and systems from vision to post-launch iteration
• Create PRFAQs, BRDs, and technical specs translating field and partner needs into platform capabilities
• Design system architectures for data ingestion, scoring, and workflow automation at AWS scale
• Collaborate with SDEs and engineering leads on sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and build/buy/partner trade-offs
• Lead beta programs, UAT, and multi-region launches with structured rollout plans
• Define and track success metrics from model-level performance to customer outcomes to steer product decisions
• Work with cross-functional teams including service, field engineering, data science, UX, and operations
• Navigate legal, compliance, privacy, and data-sharing gates for launches
• Manage multiple concurrent product streams with varied timelines
• Present to AWS leadership at VP level strategy reviews

• 7+ years of technical product management, program management, or engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience owning and driving product roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience writing PRDs, technical specifications, and business requirements documents
• Experience designing system architectures for distributed systems
• Experience with sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and agile processes
• Experience launching products through multi-region readiness, legal, and compliance gates
• Track record shipping products for technical audiences (engineers, PMs, developers)
