Overview In this role you support the design, maintenance, and operation of Eversource's gas distribution system, ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. You collaborate on the Life Cycle Plan and integrity management, addressing system failures and guiding risk reduction. You will contribute to capital budgeting and long-range planning while working with cross-functional teams to improve asset condition. This position offers exposure to safety, regulatory oversight, and strategic system optimization.

Responsibilities- Develop and implement tactical and strategic plans to reduce risk and improve asset condition
- Support integrity management programs and data quality reviews
- Analyze data to identify project opportunities and risk reductions
- Monitor compliance programs including corrosion control and leak surveys
- Coordinate with risk and safety groups and provide regulatory support
- Participate in incident investigations and recommend mitigation actions
- Assist in annual capital budgets and 5-year plans and present to senior management
- Coordinate resources and support cross-functional project execution
- Perform emergency restoration duties as required
- Contribute to organization values and mission alignment
Key requirements- BS Engineering or BS Engineering Technology
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Gas industry experience a plus
- Willingness to travel MA/CT and emergency/unsafe conditions readiness
- Valid driver's license
- Safety-sensitive role with possible drug testing
