Responsibilities- Lead electrical design for water/wastewater projects
- Provide technical guidance on client standards to engineering and technician staff
- Serve as technical expert in electrical power distribution and plant electrical systems
- Support business development related to enhanced Electrical services
- Build business relationships with clients to understand needs and drivers
- Coordinate with utilities and design teams on technical needs
- Review supplier submittals and oversee startup/testing of major electrical equipment
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Minimum 5 years related work experience
- Professional Engineer license in CA or other US jurisdiction preferred
- Active engineering registration/licensure to support engineer of record (EOR) requirements
- Experience in electrical design, water/wastewater, and client-facing roles
- Knowledge of medium/low voltage distribution equipment, VFDs, standby generators
- Proficiency with PLC hardware/software, HMI, SCADA, instrumentation, fiber optic cabling
- Power system analysis experience with SKM or ETAP is a plus
