Overview In this role, you will own the costing, profitability, and internal controls for the product line at Measurement Systems. You will deliver monthly reports with variance analysis, inventory and work order valuation, and SOX-compliant controls to support informed business decisions. You will partner with management to drive cost savings and improve project profitability in a manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role shaping cost strategy within a global leader in precision sensing technologies.
Compensation / Benefits- base salary: $95,000 - $105,000 per year

Responsibilities- Own product line costing and profitability analysis
- Prepare monthly reporting package with sales, cost, and gross margin analysis
- Manage inventory and work orders valuation, reserves, and physical counts
- Lead audits and ensure SOX compliance and internal controls
- Support management with project profitability, actual cost analysis, and cost-saving initiatives
- Perform cost variances analysis and maintain cost control processes
Key requirements- 7 years' experience with costing and cost controlling in manufacturing
- Experience with Syspro ERP system
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis capabilities
- Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
- International travel is required
