Pre-Suit Attorney

In this role you guide clients through the pre-litigation lifecycle within a large, nationwide personal injury firm. You will work with a team to move matters toward resolution or litigation readiness, ensuring compliance with applicable laws. The position offers exposure to high-volume pre-suit cases and opportunities to contribute to a trial team. You will leverage strong advocacy and client service to drive outcomes and support firm-wide KPIs.

• Handle day-to-day pre-litigation work
• Complete Flip-to-Lit approval
• Guide clients through the case process
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents
• Complete TD approval for liability issues
• Oversee settlement negotiations and formation of demand packages
• Manage the release approval process
• Supervise a team of 6-10 Case Managers
• Focus on personal injury and general liability cases
• Drive compliance and KPIs across the team
• Process EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active Bar in good standing
• 1+ years of personal injury experience
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Self-starter with long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
