Overview In this role, you support Investors in daily business routines to help bankers win new clients and deepen relationships. You work with cross-market colleagues to deliver investment guidance and product recommendations aligned with client objectives. You will help craft investment policy statements and advise on asset allocation, while ensuring compliance with policies. This is a client-focused, collaborative position that shapes investment outcomes in a fast-paced wealth-management environment.

Responsibilities- Support investment reviews with clients to validate objectives
- Prepare recommendations of appropriate investment products
- Assist with development of investment policy statements and asset allocation advice
- Build excellent working relationships with internal clients
- Coordinate sales efforts with Investors
- Adhere to policies and procedures regarding securities transactions and code of conduct
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- Series 7, 66 and Insurance licenses required or must obtain within 90 days
- Capital markets or institutional brokerage experience
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Coachable with good business sense
- Energetic and dynamic personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with proprietary software and databases
- Internet/Intranet proficiency
