Overview In this role you will serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and senior leadership, leading FP&A and Revenue Operations to drive sustainable, profitable growth. You will build and govern budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans that translate business priorities into action. You'll oversee revenue operations, ensuring alignment between finance and GTM functions, incentives, and pipeline planning. You will elevate FP&A to a forward-looking, data-driven backbone that informs decisions across the company.

Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior and functional leaders to build financial operating plans, budgets, and forecasts at company and functional levels
- Lead annual planning and budgeting with cross-functional partnership
- Ensure revenue, expense, and other financial targets are met with variance management
- Analyze financial performance to identify revenue growth, cost control, and asset utilization opportunities
- Prepare monthly financial reports, analyses, and insights for executives and the Board
- Provide strategic oversight of Revenue Operations to align bookings targets with incentives and GTM infrastructure
- Ensure alignment between FP&A and Revenue Operations on forecasting, pipeline governance, and sales planning
- Review and approve sales compensation strategy and incentive programs in partnership with Revenue Ops leadership
- Identify and implement improvements to FP&A workflows, tools, and systems
- Build and lead a high-performing, engaged team with coaching and development
- Elevate FP&A and Revenue Ops into a strategic function supporting go-to-market cadence and analytics
Key requirements- 15+ years of progressive financial management experience in high-growth environments
- 5+ years in a senior FP&A leadership role managing a team of managers/analysts
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
- Expert proficiency in building financial plans, models, and analyses
- Proven ability to manage budgets and budgeting processes with clear accountability
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to influence across all organizational levels and communicate clearly
- Experience with enterprise financial systems and Microsoft applications
- Experience partnering with Revenue/Sales Operations and overseeing go-to-market initiatives
- Track record of aligning finance with go-to-market goals on forecasting and sales performance
