Overview In this role you translate cyber risk into actionable plans for DoD clients. You will assess threats across technical, environmental, and personnel domains and guide clients through action plans to secure DoD networks. You'll communicate complex concepts to senior stakeholders and advance vulnerability scanning, monitoring, and analysis using endpoint security tools. This is a client-facing SME role with influence on risk posture, policy alignment, and deployment of endpoint defense strategies.

Responsibilities- Assess DoD cyber risk and threat landscape with stakeholders
- Develop and guide mitigation plans and milestones
- Deliver presentations and white papers to clients
- Translate security concepts for senior audiences
- Secure NIPRNet and SIPRNet through endpoint security tooling
- Engage in vulnerability scanning, monitoring, mitigation, and analysis
- Test, evaluate, and deploy endpoint scanning tools and configurations
- Maintain mission partner PoC information, IP ranges, and DITPR lists
- Coordinate work with junior team members and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support DoD cybersecurity goals
Key requirements- 7+ years of cybersecurity experience
- 5+ years using Microsoft Office products
- Ability to test, evaluate, and deploy endpoint scanning tools
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Verbal and written communication
- Ability to present complex concepts to senior clients
- Coordination and leadership of junior team members
