Overview In this role, you will manage a growing portfolio of municipal and state projects within Dewberry's Orlando Architecture team. You will lead client relationships, coordinate design and documentation, and oversee budgets and schedules across small and large projects. You'll contribute to business development and marketing efforts, while ensuring design intent and code compliance. Responsibilities- Collaborate with Architectural Leadership to deliver projects
- Manage client relationships, expectations, and day-to-day needs
- Conceptualize, design, and produce project documentation with internal teams
- Coordinate with external consultants and manage contractual relationships
- Participate in business development, RFPs, and interviews
- Set, monitor, and maintain project budgets, work plans, and schedules through all design phases
Key requirements- Professional Architecture degree from an accredited university
- Licensed Architect with reciprocal licensure in additional states
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to lead project teams, clients, consultants, and contractors
- Strong knowledge of local code requirements and interface with jurisdictions
- Experience developing project scope, fees, budgets, invoices, and contracts
- Willingness to participate in business development and marketing activities
- Proven ability to manage project resources and staffing
- Proficiency in proposal development and client interviews
- Design portfolio demonstrating experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass driving record checks
