• Case handling (non-litigation): analyze WC files, work on cases, provide written progress reports detailing analyses, actions, and recommendations
• Appearance coverage: attend hearings, depositions, or trials and report outcomes to clients
• Communicate outcomes and status updates to clients in a timely manner

• Workers' Compensation Defense experience (3+ years)
• Juris Doctorate from accredited university
• California State Bar license
• Case Management software experience
