Overview As GU Head of Sales, you will steer the US field-based sales force to maximize brand and patient value across a multi-brand oncology portfolio. You will lead strategic execution, talent development, and cross-functional alignment to drive growth and performance. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership of regional teams, brand initiatives, and compliance-driven selling. You will play a pivotal role in shaping enterprise sales strategy and fostering a high-impact sales culture.

Responsibilities- Own national sales strategy, priorities, and budget allocations for the portfolio
- Drive revenue growth across a multi-brand oncology lineup and translate market insights into opportunities
- Represent Sales in senior leadership forums to align with Marketing, Market Access, and Commercial Ops
- Lead portfolio leadership discussions as an active LBT member for PADCEV + XTANDI
- Implement and optimize the enterprise sales operating model and field productivity metrics
- Leverage analytics to monitor progress, identify gaps, and coach the field
- Shape market-informed field execution considering access, regulatory, and compliance factors
- Develop ABLs and second-line leaders to build leadership capability and succession
- Enhance field customer engagement and omnichannel selling competencies
- Foster internal and external stakeholder connections to support market understanding and customer engagement
- Lead cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Field Medical, Market Access, Commercial Operations, Sales Training, and Analytics
- Model ethical leadership and ensure compliant selling practices across the sales organization
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 15 years of commercial biopharma experience with multi-functional roles
- Experience leading large customer-facing teams
- Proven track record of attracting, developing, and retaining talent and leading high-performing teams
- Strong leadership, adaptability, learning agility, and emotional intelligence
