Overview In this role you will translate wealth-management strategy into a prioritized backlog and clear requirements, guiding cross-functional delivery to improve advisor and client experiences. You collaborate with product, technology, data, and third-party partners to deliver capabilities that create business value and align with enterprise goals. You will analyze workflows and data needs to identify improvement opportunities and shape product decisions, while ensuring release readiness and stakeholder alignment. Compensation / Benefits- salary range: $99,150.00 - $162,885.00

Responsibilities- Translate vision into prioritized backlog, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with Product Managers, Technology Leads, business stakeholders, operations, data, compliance, and third-party providers to deliver value
- Build understanding of Wealth Management workflows and data needs to shape decisions
- Define, sequence, and refine enhancements, integrations, and backlog items with Product Manager and Tech Lead
- Collaborate with tech, vendor, data, analytics, and AI partners on reporting, governance, and data/AI standards
- Use process/root-cause analysis and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities across advisor, client, operations, and business experiences
- Support release readiness, communications, training, adoption planning, feedback loops, OKR tracking, milestone reporting, and stakeholder updates
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years in product management, product ownership, business transformation, technology delivery, or related field
- Experience in wealth management industry and knowledge of advisor/client workflows, operations, platforms, data, and third-party solutions
- Strong ability to translate business needs into roadmaps, requirements, user stories, and delivery plans
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive clear priorities and timely execution
- Strong product ownership skills including backlog management, prioritization, and release readiness
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs
