Overview In this role you will provide valuation and financial analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions within PwC's Deals practice. You will build financial models, analyze asset data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform deal decisions. You will leverage Alteryx for automation, synthesize market insights, and contribute to client engagements while developing deep technical expertise. Responsibilities- Conduct asset valuation and financial analysis for M&A and other transactions
- Utilize Alteryx for automation and efficiency in data processing and analysis
- Engage in market insight and trend analysis to inform strategy
- Collaborate with teams to develop financial models for deal structures
- Support preparation and presentation of financial reports to stakeholders
- Participate in project budgeting and resource management
- Analyze balance sheets and financial statements to identify risks and opportunities
- Assist in valuation of intellectual property and inventory for financial reporting
- Develop skills in corporate finance and business valuations to drive value creation
