Sales Attendant

In this role you will deliver outstanding service in the golf shop while supporting daily retail operations. You will engage members and guests, manage merchandise presentation, and assist with inventory and event prep. You'll handle tee-time scheduling and transactions, applying product knowledge to drive recommendations. This position fits within Golf Operations, offering a hands-on role in guest experience and shop performance.

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Process merchandise and golf fee transactions accurately through POS system
• Maintain attractive and organized merchandise displays
• Assist with inventory management, receiving, and restocking
• Answer phones and schedule tee times as needed
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations on apparel, equipment, and accessories
• Assist with tournament operations and event preparation
• Ensure the golf shop remains clean, organized, and well-presented

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Retail or hospitality experience preferred
• Basic golf knowledge preferred but not required
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash/credit transactions
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
