Overview

In this role you drive site-level automation program deployment from design to commissioning. You act as the single-threaded planning owner for assigned sites, coordinating across multiple functions to ensure on-time delivery and readiness. You solve cross-team gaps and keep line-of-sight on schedules feeding network-wide goals, with a focus on de-conflicting projects and optimizing regional deployments. The role offers exposure to high-impact automation initiatives like ADTA launches and Mechlite installations within a global delivery network.

Responsibilities
  • Manage site-level deployment timelines for automation programs across vendors and programs, aligning design, construction, equipment delivery, and site readiness milestones
  • Serve as the single-threaded planning owner for assigned sites, coordinating across Entitlements, Pre-Construction, Construction, Start-Up Execution, Design Engineering, WHS, Capacity Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations
  • Track and escalate vendor/integrator dependencies, material delivery timelines, and FAT schedules to ensure on-time deployment
  • Solve complex problems that pose risk to project delivery through deep-dive, SME-informed analysis
  • Compile, manage, and report weekly project metrics including deployment pulse checks, site readiness, and permitting progress
  • Support Daily/Weekly Program Calls with site-level status updates and escalation items
  • Communicate project issues and risks to senior leaders in writing and meetings
  • Assist in developing SOPs to improve deployment planning efficiency and cross-team handoffs
  • Identify opportunities to reduce spend by analyzing assets and ROI in assigned regions
  • Work within time constraints to meet OP planning cycles and network deadlines
  • Travel up to 10%
Key requirements
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
  • Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
