Overview In this role you will support GP-led secondary transactions within the Private Capital Advisory & Solutions team, helping sponsors and asset managers optimize liquidity and capital solutions. You will work closely with senior bankers and cross-functional teams to structure, model, and execute complex continuations and other structured secondaries. You'll influence deal strategy, valuation, and market positioning, gaining broad exposure across the private-capital lifecycle. This is a hands-on, collaborative environment with clear ownership and mentorship from senior professionals.

Responsibilities- Lead origination and execution of GP-led secondary transactions (single-asset and multi-asset continuation vehicles)
- Own core modeling and valuation workstreams, including operating models, LBOs, investor returns, and continuation vehicle capital structures
- Refine presentations and investor materials (pitches, CIMs, M&A n/a, buyer communications)
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams with industry teams, capital markets, legal, tax, and accounting advisers
- Manage due-diligence processes and virtual data rooms; coordinate DD requests across clients and advisers
- Support investor outreach, process tracking, and bid comparison materials; assist with timelines and communications
- Monitor GP-led secondary market activity, investor appetite, and pricing dynamics to inform client advice
- Maintain internal databases on secondary investors, precedents, market activity, and sponsor relationships
- Assist in client meetings, business development, and strategic discussions; prepare follow-up materials
- Coach Analysts on modeling, materials preparation, and execution best practices
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree with strong academic record
- 3-5 years in investment banking, private capital advisory, private equity, secondary investing, or valuation
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; solid financial statement understanding
- Strong written and verbal communication
