Overview In this role you drive the Sophisticated Sales Approach (SSA) for the South Central Texas office, shaping pursuit strategy and coordinating resources to win projects. You work closely with the Office Leader and Client Service Teams to develop growth plans and oversee pursuit budgets. You lead go/no-go decisions, war rooms, and post-pursuit reviews to capture lessons learned. You act as a trusted advisor within the office leadership to advance client growth and cross-office collaboration.
Responsibilities- Lead and champion the SSA process for the office and monitor its effectiveness
- Develop and deliver on new win goals, opportunities, and client assessments
- Lead pursuits and war rooms, coordinate resources across the firm for bids
- Monitor pursuit status, risks, and budget allocations for pursuits
- Ensure debriefs and after-action reviews on all pursuits and apply lessons learned
- Develop the office strategic plan with input from Client Service Leaders and Office Leader
- Assist in forming government/public relations plans to support growth and pursuit success
- Act as liaison between the office and the Division Sales Officer on pursuits and budgets
- Foster client relationships and advise on effective teaming at various levels
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Architecture or relevant field
- 10 years relevant experience
