Overview In this role you drive new business and nurture partnerships by applying Spot's freight solutions. You'll manage a client-focused sales process, design growth strategies, and coordinate with carriers to optimize freight options. Compensation / Benefits- base pay $45,000

Responsibilities- Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline via prospecting and ongoing client communication
- Design tailored customer growth strategies while upholding freight integrity commitments
- Act as a consultative resource on services, trends, and pricing to address client challenges
- Coordinate freight operations including load building, scheduling, escalation, and carrier capacity
- Collaborate with Carrier Sales to identify optimal options and track shipments as needed
- Meet or exceed monthly sales margins, revenue targets, and service KPIs
- Proactively communicate with customers to fulfill commitments and resolve issues
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of sales and customer service experience
- Knowledge in the logistics industry preferred
