Overview

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer on site, you will drive the development and optimization of manufacturing processes and equipment to enable safe, high yield production for the company's iconic brands. You'll lead cross functional initiatives, implement lean and Industry 4.0 concepts, and ensure compliance with EH&S policies. The role combines hands on troubleshooting with engineering leadership in capital planning and maintenance programs. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Review and improve existing processes and equipment to meet performance targets
  • Ensure equipment, processes, and tooling operate at satisfactory levels
  • Conduct process capability studies and drive safety/productivity improvements
  • Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous process improvements
  • Document work standards and instructions; investigate production concerns and perform root cause analysis with corrective actions
  • Identify and implement new equipment, processes, and tooling; oversee procurement, plant layout, installations, and validations
  • Initiate capital budget requests and justify/implement manufacturing proposals
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs; ensure EH&S compliance
  • Collaborate with personnel across departments to complete tasks and support plant needs
Key requirements
  • 5+ years relevant engineering experience
  • Related experience with process equipment, steel machining and welding
  • Hands on equipment troubleshooting and process improvements
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Good analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office and CAD
