Responsibilities- Support M&A and other strategic transactions, managing large, complex deals with tight deadlines
- Research and advise on transactional and general corporate matters
- Collaborate effectively with outside counsel
- Engage in investments and other transactional work, including cross-border and varied deal types
- Maintain flexibility to work extended hours when necessary
Key requirements- 5+ years of post-bar legal experience
- Juris Doctor and active bar membership
- Experience with a wide variety of transaction types (private/public company, stock/asset purchase, cross-border, minority investments, joint ventures)
- M&A, investments, and other transactional experience in a law firm and/or technology company
- Ability to manage numerous mission-critical projects, often in ambiguous environments
