Senior Compliance Auditor: AI & Privacy Governance

In this role you will advance TikTok's privacy, content safety, and AI governance programs by maturing the compliance audit capability across products like TikTok and TikTok Shop. You lead audit planning and execution, using AI and data analytics to surface risk signals and communicate findings to senior management. You will collaborate with legal, product, and global teams across time zones to drive risk-aware product governance and assurance. This position offers the opportunity to shape how audits scale with evolving platforms and complex product lines.
