Overview As Manager, Retail Technology & Integrations, you lead a cross-functional team to power Specialized's owned stores and dealer integrations. You shape a multi-year retail tech roadmap and ensure reliable, scalable solutions across POS, store websites, payments, Wi-Fi, and alarms. You translate business needs into technology outcomes while balancing day-to-day support with platform improvement. You collaborate with multiple functions to deliver a cohesive omnichannel experience and coach a growing team to mature in their roles.

Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of Business Analysts and Support teammates
- Manage technology powering owned retail stores and dealer integrations (POS, websites, payments, networking, alarms) with focus on reliability and supportability
- Ensure new solutions are tested, documented, and ready for launch with clear ownership and post-go-live stability
- Shape and manage a 3-5 year retail technology roadmap with cross-functional input
- Create and maintain process documentation, playbooks, training materials, and release communications
- Continuously evaluate processes, integration performance, and stakeholder feedback to drive improvements that enhance omnichannel experience
Key requirements- 5+ years leading technology teams or product-focused groups
- Experience with agile methodologies using JIRA and Confluence
- Excellent written and verbal communications; technical writing is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and ability to advise on improvements to systems and integrations
- Ability to debug and solve challenges during complex implementations
- Strong self-initiative, interpersonal skills, and adaptability
