Overview In this role you will lead the architecture and delivery of Adobe Commerce solutions, guiding cross-functional teams to modernize commerce experiences. You'll design scalable cloud environments, build serverless extensions, and orchestrate APIs to connect commerce with ERP, PIM, and fulfillment systems. You'll translate business needs into technical designs while mentoring others, delivering measurable value for clients. Responsibilities- Lead architecture and delivery of Adobe Commerce (Magento) solutions across catalog, pricing, promotions, checkout, order management, and extensibility patterns
- Design, deploy, and support Adobe Commerce Cloud environments including configuration, build/deploy workflows, integrations, performance optimization, and troubleshooting
- Develop serverless extensions and event-driven capabilities using Adobe App Builder and Adobe I/O Runtime; integrate GraphQL APIs with external services via Adobe API Mesh
- Guide PHP and Magento module development, including DI, service contracts, GraphQL, REST, and upgrade-safe customization
- Apply microservices and API-led architecture to integrate Commerce with PIM, ERP, order mgmt, payments, taxes, and fulfillment
- Define integration patterns between Adobe Experience Manager Cloud Service, Edge Delivery Services, and Commerce; translate requirements into architecture and technical designs
Key requirements- 5+ years designing Adobe Commerce (Magento) solution architectures including catalog, pricing, promotions, checkout, order management, and extensibility patterns
- Experience designing, deploying, and supporting Adobe Commerce Cloud environments with integrations and performance optimization
- Experience building serverless extensions, event-driven capabilities using Adobe App Builder, Adobe I/O Runtime, and Adobe API Mesh; GraphQL APIs
- Experience developing PHP/Magento modules with DI, service contracts, GraphQL, REST, and upgrade-safe practices
- Experience applying microservices and API-led architecture to connect Commerce with ERP, PIM, order management, payments, taxes, and fulfillment
- Ability to travel up to 50%; immigration sponsorship may be available
