Overview In this role you drive end-to-end procurement for transportation and delivery, shaping sourcing strategy and supplier governance. You will partner with stakeholders to create scalable supplier management and drive efficiency, compliance, and standardization across the procurement lifecycle. You will analyze market dynamics to inform decisions and lead optimization initiatives that deliver measurable impact. Responsibilities- Lead strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives for transportation and delivery, including onboarding, lifecycle management, strategy development, and project execution
- Design and continuously improve supplier segmentation, qualification, and audit mechanisms; drive cross-functional reviews of supplier performance across cost, service quality, timeliness, and operational stability
- Partner with internal stakeholders to build a scalable supplier management framework with governance, compliance controls, and continuous performance optimization
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies across procurement and operational workflows; lead optimization to improve efficiency, standardization, and digitalization
- Monitor market dynamics, industry trends, and policy developments in domestic and international logistics markets; provide insights to support procurement strategy and supplier decisions
Key requirements- Bachelor degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field
- Solid experience in international logistics, cross-border e-commerce, procurement, supplier management, or process optimization
- Strong understanding of domestic logistics and supply chain operations, with knowledge of supplier management methodologies, risk control, and compliance requirements
- Strong sense of ownership with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and drive initiatives from strategy through execution
