Overview As Product Line Manager, you steer product planning and lifecycle execution to align with growth and clinical needs. You will collaborate with sales, engineering, regulatory, and operations to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals. Responsibilities- Develop and execute the product line strategy aligned with growth and clinical needs
- Lead full lifecycle management from concept to end-of-life, including VOC, validation, and roadmap execution
- Collaborate on roadmap with commercial and technical teams and communicate portfolio vision
- Manage pricing strategy, revenue forecasting, and profitability analyses
- Create go-to-market plans, product positioning, and messaging; support sales tools and KOL engagement
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Operations
- Identify strategic acquisition targets to expand product lines
- Support launch readiness and channel education initiatives
Key requirements- Bachelor in Engineering
- Minimum 5+ years in the medical device industry (interventional devices preferred)
- Experience in product management, strategic marketing, and cross-functional leadership
- Strong business acumen and ability to present to diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of market segmentation, competitive analysis, and value-based pricing
- Proficient in Excel-based financial modeling and Power BI
