Overview

In this role, you will support Wealth Management's strategic growth initiatives and coordinate cross-functional programs. You will work with Sales, Marketing, Wealth Advisory, Product, and Operations to plan, track, and report on progress, driving key growth projects. You'll analyze sales performance, market opportunities, and operational data to inform decisions and optimize delivery. This position sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, enabling scalable growth in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. A strong hook: you'll help shape growth programs that directly impact client-focused wealth management priorities and cross-team execution.

Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of strategic growth initiatives aligned to Wealth Management priorities
  • Assist with project planning, coordination, and implementation across multiple workstreams
  • Conduct research and analysis related to sales performance, market opportunities, competitive insights, and growth initiatives
  • Prepare presentations, meeting materials, and executive reporting for leadership
  • Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure delivery
  • Support pilot programs, process improvements, and new business initiatives with data coordination and monitoring
  • Analyze sales, pipeline, and growth-related metrics to identify trends for decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive project execution and follow-through
  • Support annual planning, leadership meetings, and special projects as needed
Key requirements
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Power BI or other BI platforms preferred
  • CRM platforms preferred
