Regional Quality Manager

In this role you will lead quality management across assigned operations, collaborating with the Director of Quality and regional teams to drive QMS effectiveness. You will monitor KPIs, identify trends and risks, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to elevate quality across PCI product lines and branches. You'll guide quality programs, train staff, and serve as a trusted consultant to ensure consistent quality outcomes. This position offers impact at scale within a collaborative, risk-aware, and proactive quality function.

• Update and maintain PCI product line quality plans, procedures, and forms
• Submit project-specific PCI product line quality plans for customer approval
• Submit subcontractor quality plans for customer approval
• Assist with implementing/updating the Company Quality Manual and related procedures
• Provide quality trainings and coordinate QMS training activities
• Solicit customer QMS feedback
• Monitor and analyze branch KPI performance for trends and OFIs
• Lead QMS initiatives for branches, region, and national teams
• Coordinate internal and external quality assessments and corrective actions
• Support Branch Quality Engineer tasks as needed
• Attend/coordinate project quality kickoff meetings
• Report findings to branch management and Quality Department for continuous improvement
• Travel up to 60%
• No direct supervisor responsibilities

• Associate degree in business administration or construction focus
• 5-9 years in commercial/industrial construction
• 3-5 years ISO 9001 experience
• 3-5 years of leadership experience
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Procore, and Microsoft Office
• Quality, safety, or manufacturing certifications
• Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
• Travel ability (up to 60%)
• Fluency in Spanish preferred
• Ability to work independently and with stakeholders
