Overview In this role you will drive sales growth in a defined territory for Teva's NeuroCare portfolio, including a potential first-in-class Tourette Syndrome treatment. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders, shaping market adoption as a founding member of a new sales organization. You will translate market insights into territory strategies and collaborate across teams to achieve targets. Responsibilities- Build rapport with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts at all levels
- Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing to customers
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical staff to promote products and educate patients
- Grow key accounts by tailoring solutions to needs and leveraging market insights
- Analyze sales data to create territory plans and manage budget funds
- Address external market challenges and align with internal teams on strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive execution of sales plans
- Maintain planned call frequency with top target healthcare providers
- Apply problem-solving techniques to improve regional performance
- Adhere to Teva's compliance policies and achieve sales objectives

Key requirements- Bachelor's degree required; related field preferred
- Pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience preferred
- Experience managing complex healthcare accounts and engaging multiple stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with patient support, reimbursement partners, and access stakeholders
- Experience in neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, or complex states preferred
- New product launch experience in specialty pharma or complex disease markets preferred
- Ability to pass background, motor, and drug screenings
- Valid US driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong written and oral communication
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage HCPs in both person and virtual settings
- Strategic thinking and collaboration
- Proficiency with technology for virtual engagement
- Knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing (preferred)
