Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth financial analysis of statements, scenarios, and trends
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for strategic initiatives and resource planning
- Develop dashboards and standardized reports using Excel and Power BI to provide actionable insights
- Track KPIs and operational drivers to identify improvement opportunities
- Assist in budgeting with department leaders to align spending with priorities
- Prepare monthly MD&A reports for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure financial data consistency and alignment with reporting standards across departments
- Support financial presentations for board meetings and executive forums
- Contribute to long-range planning by evaluating growth scenarios with dynamic models
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and tools to improve data visibility and efficiency
