Responsibilities- Manage software development activities and teams, including recruitment, training, performance assessment, and workload planning
- Oversee design, development, documentation, and testing of software addressing mission problems in a data-processing context
- Ensure adherence to development standards, processes, and lifecycle practices
- Coordinate with system users and domain experts to implement solutions
- Support and coordinate formal testing and delivery
- Contribute to staffing and talent development within the team
