Overview In this role you will lead performance improvements across measurement solutions and key advertisers, guiding strategy, learning agendas, and experimentation to boost ad effectiveness. You will manage measurement plans for clients and partner solutions in line with advertiser objectives and Snap's revenue growth. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and R&D to prototype and scale new measurement capabilities. You will orchestrate multi-study analyses to compare marketing strategies across platforms and advocate for measurement across teams and the industry. You will apply AI tools to build scalable data solutions while upholding statistical rigor.

Responsibilities- Drive performance improvement across measurement solutions and key advertisers through learning agenda development and experimental design
- Lead measurement, research, and learning plans for clients and solutions supporting advertiser objectives and business goals
- Develop strategy and roadmaps for ads measurement and insights across solutions, partners, industries, or verticals
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and R&D to prototype, validate, and scale new measurement capabilities
- Lead scoping and development of custom meta-analyses with data science and external partners to assess marketing strategy impact
- Build measurement capabilities and advocacy across verticals, partners, advertisers, and cross-functional teams
- Partner with Sales to deliver insights and best practices that enhance advertiser performance and relationships
- Contribute to thought leadership on measurement, attribution, and advertising effectiveness
- Utilize AI tools to create scalable data solutions while maintaining accuracy and integrity
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field and 5+ years of analytics and measurement experience, or a higher degree with correspondingly adjusted experience
- Experience in marketing science, product strategy, ads measurement, or related field in tech, media, agency, advertiser, or research company
- Strong ability to structure analyses and present insights to senior stakeholders
- Understanding of measurement concepts, statistics, and applied analytics including sampling, causal modeling, time series, and data mining
- Proficiency with SQL, R, SAS
- Ability to analyze and communicate ads performance using standard data science tools
- Deep understanding of digital advertising and measurement ecosystem
- Ability to adapt to evolving AI systems and tools for data-driven decision making
