Overview As Director in our Fund Accounting team, you lead multiple accounting groups in NAV determination, fund performance, and expense allocation, ensuring accurate financial reporting. You'll shape process and policy, drive regulatory compliance under GAAP and IFRS, and manage client relationships and escalations. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to meet objectives and support sales efforts. You will partner with senior stakeholders to elevate service delivery and strong governance.

Responsibilities- Direct a Fund Accounting area comprising several teams to deliver NAV calculation, performance measurement, and reporting
- Manage resources and performance to meet unit goals and objectives
- Shape business plans and NAV guidelines across sectors; contribute to functional strategy
- Oversee client relationship management, ensure service levels, resolve issues, participate in RFP/RFI efforts
- Provide guidance on financial statement disclosures and ensure regulatory compliance (GAAP/IFRS)
- Draft financial reports policies, convey complex accounting concepts to clients, liaise with senior auditors and clients
- Recruit, mentor, and develop staff to maximize team performance
- Oversee multiple Fund/Client Accounting teams through subordinate managers and support attainment of goals
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years of total work experience with 3-5 years in management
- Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred
