Lead, Marketing Operations

In this role you own and evolve the Kraft Heinz Creative Process and related rituals to drive efficient, aligned creative output across North America. You will lead improvements with brand teams, Central Marketing, and agencies, ensuring timely engagement and clear decisions. You'll optimize processes, support budgeting for production efficiencies, and share best practices to raise performance. • Lead evolution and implementation of the Kraft Heinz Creative Process, identifying gaps and prioritizing improvements.
• Coordinate Creative Rituals and Routines to ensure well-run, decision-driven meetings with clear ownership.
• Guide Comms leads and brand teams to optimize IAT processes, providing tools and support for efficiency.
• Identify and disseminate Creative Process best practices across brand teams.
• Support budget management to improve production efficiency.
• Demonstrate resilient leadership in a dynamic environment with fast-moving opportunities.
