Overview As Chief Analytics Officer, you will lead the development of data-driven insights, models, and strategies across the organization to drive growth and improve decision-making. You will oversee a cross-functional analytics team and partner with Marketing, Product, Pricing, Sales, Finance, and Digital teams to identify opportunities. Your work will shape marketing and product strategies, build scalable analytics environments, and present insights to senior leadership. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on analytics to advance data-driven outcomes for customers and the business.

Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing analytics team through hiring, coaching, development, and performance management
- Drive analytics strategies to turn data into actionable business results
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements
- Develop predictive models and ML strategies for marketing, product, pricing, distribution, and other areas
- Define KPIs, measurement strategies, and reporting frameworks for initiatives and launches
- Advance marketing analytics to improve customer acquisition, retention, and ROI
- Present complex findings to senior executives and stakeholders
- Build scalable analytics and data visualization environments in collaboration with data management and architecture teams
Key requirements- 10 years of data analytics experience leveraging data to drive growth and innovation
- 8 years of building high-performing teams (hiring, developing, coaching)
- 8 years of banking experience
- 8 years of experience with advanced analytical tools (Python, R, SAS, SQL) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- 8 years of statistical modeling and machine learning experience focused on marketing performance
- 8 years of marketing analytics experience focused on data analytics improving deposit balance growth
