Responsibilities- Lead and supervise multiple audit engagements from planning through completion
- Review work for accuracy and provide coaching to staff
- Communicate progress, issues, and resolutions to clients and stakeholders
- Maintain current knowledge of audit policies and educate the team on updates
- Manage billable hour budgets and address variances
- Identify and implement process improvements to policies/procedures
- Research complex issues and propose practical solutions
- Perform supervisory duties as directed by partners
Key requirements- 5+ years of public accounting audit experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA license preferred
- Experience leading the audit process from planning to execution
- Demonstrated success in developing new business and service opportunities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
