Overview In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery of mission-critical platforms that compute P&L, monitor capital, and manage regulatory reporting for a global finance organization. You'll shape cloud-native architectures and guide agile, cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable insights. You help drive the firm's AI-first transformation and build scalable systems that operate at milliseconds-scale. This is a strategic leadership role with deep exposure to Finance, Risk, and Engineering.

Responsibilities- Design and implement scalable, cloud-native architectures on AWS and Snowflake for high-concurrency AI workloads
- Create high-level and detailed technical designs, testing strategies, and implementation plans
- Manage end-to-end systems development in an Agile environment from requirements to deployment and maintenance
- Collaborate with business partners to translate needs into data requirements and specifications
- Foster cross-divisional collaboration and reuse of common solutions
- Provide technical and functional guidance to junior engineers
- Develop financial metric calculation models and infrastructure for forward-looking strategies under evolving regulation
- Engage with global stakeholders across Controllers, Risk, Operations, and business units
Key requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience in Java or Python
- Experience architecting solutions on Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience integrating LLMs into enterprise workflows and prompt engineering
- Experience using AI coding tools (Copilot or Claude Code) for development
- Strong programming and problem-solving skills
