Overview

In this role you will manage apparel and accessories products from concept to manufacture, aligning with overseas sourcing and promotional product knowledge. You will coordinate with domestic and international vendors, support research and proposals, and drive production across multiple projects. You'll lead project workstreams with creativity and autonomy, ensuring quality, cost, and brand standards are met. This is a production-focused, impact-oriented role within a globally connected team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle for apparel, accessories, and collectibles from concept through production, launch and post-launch support
  • Lead multiple complex product initiatives, balancing timelines, costs, quality, and stakeholder expectations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Design, Demand Planning, Approvals, Product Safety & Compliance, Logistics, Trade Compliance, and external manufacturers) to bring products to market
  • Evaluate concepts with vendors for feasibility, materials, costing, and execution strategies
  • Drive development and sampling processes with multiple review cycles, feedback, and issue resolution to meet quality, cost and brand expectations
  • Serve as primary production owner during development and manufacturing, identifying risks and communicating changes impacting delivery, cost, or quality
  • Provide product expertise and industry knowledge to influence decisions and support complex product programs
  • Identify and lead continuous process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability of tools, workflows, and team practices
  • Qualify, evaluate, and onboard new vendor partners through costing analysis, sampling, feasibility studies, and SOPs
  • Support post-launch maintenance including issue resolution, change management, and ongoing quality improvements
Key requirements
  • 5+ years in product development, sourcing, production, or manufacturing in consumer products, retail, or branded merchandise
  • Experience managing products through full lifecycle from concept to launch
  • Strong knowledge of vendor management, product costing, sampling, and manufacturing processes including overseas suppliers
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple complex projects balancing quality, cost, and delivery timelines
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and product development or PLM systems
