Overview In this role you will develop, validate, and improve low-volume manufacturing processes and tools for complex robotic surgery equipment. You will support sustaining and new product development, refine electro-mechanical components, and drive manufacturability, reliability, and cost improvements. You'll work with cross-functional teams to design fixtures, validate processes, and ensure quality through data-driven methods. This is a chance to impact patient care by enabling safer, more efficient robotic systems at scale. Join a mission-driven team that values collaboration, rigor, and practical innovation.
