Overview In this role you will lead full-cycle recruitment for Cabin Attendant and related luxury hospitality roles at Flexjet's Cleveland headquarters. You will build proactive pools from private aviation and premium service industries, and conduct competency interviews to assess service excellence and cultural fit. You will partner with Cabin Services leadership to define roles and hire top talent who uphold our world-class Owner experience. You will drive recruitment marketing, represent Flexjet at industry events, and maintain data integrity to enable strong hiring outcomes.
Responsibilities- Lead full-cycle recruitment for Cabin Server and Cabin Services roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding and orientation
- Develop and execute strategies to attract hospitality talent from private aviation, luxury hotels, fine dining, private clubs, yachting, and concierge services
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for VIP-facing and aviation-focused positions
- Conduct competency-based interviews to assess qualifications, service standards, professionalism, cultural fit and communication
- Partner with Cabin Services leadership to define staffing needs and provide hiring recommendations
- Evaluate candidates against elevated hospitality standards to ensure alignment with the Owner experience
- Execute recruitment marketing and sourcing via networking, social media, referrals, industry associations, career fairs and targeted outreach
- Represent Flexjet at aviation and hospitality events to strengthen employer brand and networks
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the HRIS/ATS for data integrity, reporting and compliance
- Track recruiting metrics such as candidate quality, sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill and hiring outcomes
Key requirements- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality and service excellence with ability to identify capable talent
- Experience conducting competency-based interviews and assessing professionalism, discretion, communication, cultural fit and customer-centric behaviors
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with ATS/HRIS, Microsoft Office, social media and modern sourcing tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-touch candidate and manager experiences
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
