Overview In this role, you will lead stormwater planning, design, and construction documentation for retrofit, transportation, and site development projects from our Portland office. You'll drive client engagement and contribute to business development across Oregon and SW Washington, while advancing green stormwater infrastructure and multi-benefit projects. You'll tackle hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This is a chance to shape resilient water resources and collaborate with a national practice network on impactful projects.

Responsibilities- Lead stormwater planning, design, and construction documents for retrofit, transportation, and site development projects
- Manage client engagement and business development in Oregon and SW Washington
- Perform and oversee H&H analysis and stormwater modeling
- Prepare reports, construction plans, drainage reports, specs, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with stakeholders and mentor early-career staff
- Support project development and design communications for proposals and public presentations
- Contribute to construction administration activities when needed
Key requirements- Bachelor in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years in H&H analysis, stormwater and BMP/LID design, and watershed modeling
- PE license
- Strong CAD skills (AutoCAD Civil 3D)
- Experience with hydrologic modeling tools (WWHM, MGS Flood, SWMM, PCSWMM, XPSWMM, InfoWorks ICM)
- Ability to communicate design deliverables to clients and stakeholders
- Ability to lead teams, manage tasks, and mentor staff
- Existing relationships and business development experience in Oregon and SW Washington
