Overview

In this Global Marketing Director role, you shape and execute brand strategy and messaging to sustain a consistent global presence. You drive launches and ongoing brand performance, aligning local markets with global frameworks. You'll lead cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Medical Affairs to uncover opportunities and elevate the brand. This position offers impact across oncology, neurology, and fertility initiatives within a diverse, mission-driven culture.

Responsibilities
  • Support Global Brand Lead in brand strategy development, including positioning and messaging, and translate into local-toolkit assets for ex-US teams
  • Oversee global congress strategy and execution and guide local congress activities
  • Develop deep market and disease-state insights to drive market-shaping and brand-building initiatives
  • Provide strategic input to Global Brand Team and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define and execute tactical plans
  • Identify strategic opportunities, build plans, and execute them independently
  • Attend conferences and tradeshows, create engaging displays, and deliver post-event analyses
  • Manage multiple projects and vendors with focus on on-time, high-quality delivery and budget management
  • Ensure compliant execution of marketing strategies, materials, and tactics
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (business or related disciplines)
  • 7+ years of relevant pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology commercial experience
  • MBA or other advanced degree preferred
  • S. launch and in-line marketing experience; sales experience is a plus
  • Oncology and rare disease experience preferred
  • Strong stakeholder influence and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Clear communication and remote/hybrid collaboration skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and work East Coast hours
