Responsibilities- Lead and mentor an 8-10 person engineering team, fostering collaboration and innovation
- Design, implement, and optimize high-performance applications
- Write clean, scalable code in Python and React
- Utilize FastAPI for building robust APIs
- Oversee development and deployment of containerized solutions using Docker
- Debug and resolve complex full-stack issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends
Key requirements- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- Proven leadership and people-management experience
- Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI
- Solid experience with React front-end development
- Expertise in high-level design, implementation, and performance optimization
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized solutions
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to travel 25% on average
