Overview In this role you drive growth for Epiq's litigation support services within your territory. You act as a trusted advisor to clients, uncovering new opportunities to upsell and align sales strategies with management. You manage end-to-end client engagements, from prospecting to delivery coordination, ensuring high satisfaction and on-time outcomes. You join a collaborative team focused on complex data and eDiscovery challenges, delivering measurable revenue and client value. This is a chance to shape how law firms and enterprises access and leverage critical eDiscovery services at scale.
Responsibilities- Drive sales of litigation support services (Electronic Data Discovery, Document Hosting/Coding, Consulting, Managed Review) and other professional services
- Upsell within existing client bases and identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales Management to align strategy and ownership to meet revenue and earning targets
- Conduct hunting activities to identify new potential clients
- Schedule and conduct sales calls, meetings, presentations, and demonstrations
- Manage existing client contacts and onboard new ones
- Coordinate billing and project activities with internal teams to support client engagements
- Meet daily sales outstanding goals and support service rollout initiatives
Key requirements- Proven track record of selling success in the litigation support/eDiscovery market with consistent goal attainment
- Ability to compile a sales brag book highlighting quotas and client satisfaction
- Well-connected influencer within the eDiscovery market
- Excellent communicator capable of explaining complex technical details and building client confidence
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
